Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all of our products can be shipped internationally except for the metal signs, which are currently only available for shipping within the USA.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All items are custom-made upon ordering. It usually takes 1–3 business days to process your order.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but most USA orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. For other countries, delivery may take longer depending on your location — with a maximum of 14 business days from the order date.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also monitor your order anytime using our tracking tool available on the website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since all our items are made to order, we can only make changes or cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent to production yet. Once production has started, edits or cancellations are no longer possible—but we’ll always do our best to help if timing allows.
Can i exchange or return my order and get a refund?
We gladly accept returns or refunds if your item arrives damaged or not as described. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
However, since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges or returns for issues like incorrect fit or a change of mind. Each product includes a true-to-size size chart to help you choose the right fit before purchasing.

All items are shipped from the USA. Our designs are created in Ashkelon, Israel, but production and shipping are handled by our production partners located in the US. This ensures fast shipping and high-quality craftsmanship.

All of our designs are created by myself, Nisan, a graphic designer and the owner of Oytiot based in Ashkelon, Israel. Each design is inspired by a love for the Hebrew language, Israel, and Jewish culture, bringing meaningful and unique concepts to life.
