Once your order has already been shipped or produced, it can no longer be canceled.

Sometimes things donโ€™t work out, and thatโ€™s okay.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchaseโ€”it helps us process your return faster.

If youโ€™re returning an item because you changed your mind, youโ€™ll be responsible for the return shipping and its cost.
