Shipping Times & Speeds

All items are custom-made upon ordering and are produced and shipped from our fulfillment warehouses in the United States and Europe, depending on the product and destination.
It usually takes 1–3 business days to process your order.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Most orders within the USA arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.
For other countries, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

**Shipping to Israel may take up to 21 business days after processing due to international transit and customs handling. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery to Israel.

Delivery in Israel: Once the shipment arrives in Israel, it is handed over to "Israel Post" (Doar Israel) for local distribution. Unless otherwise requested or upgraded through the postal service, orders will be delivered to a local collection point, parcel center, or your local post office branch, in accordance with Israel Post’s distribution policies for international economy shipping.

A maximum of 21 business days from ordering is generally expected for international deliveries.

Multiple Shipments

Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

If your order includes different product types (for example, a mug and a t-shirt), they may be shipped separately, as they are often produced and fulfilled from different warehouses in the USA or Europe.

In some cases, even two t-shirts in different sizes or colors may arrive separately if the variants are stocked at different fulfillment locations. This is less common, but it can happen.

If your order arrives in more than one shipment, each package will have its own tracking information.

US & International Shipping

All of our products can be shipped internationally, except for metal signs, which are currently available for shipping within the USA only.

Tracking

You can follow the status of your order with our tracking tool using your email address and order number (a 4-5 digits number you can find on top of your order confirmation email).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (or multiple tracking numbers, if your order ships in separate packages). You can use this information to monitor your order’s progress. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance.

🌍 International Orders

Orders shipped outside the U.S. (including Europe and Canada) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or VAT upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout. We’ve kept shipping prices low to help offset these costs.

מדיניות משלוחים וזמני אספקה | Shipping Policy

זמני משלוח ואספקה כל הפריטים מיוצרים בהתאמה אישית עם ביצוע ההזמנה. המוצרים נשלחים ממחסני ההפצה שלנו בארצות הברית ובאירופה, בהתאם לסוג המוצר ויעד המשלוח.

• זמן עיבוד הזמנה: בדרך כלל 1–3 ימי עסקים.

• משלוחים לישראל: זמן השילוח לישראל עשוי לקחת עד 21 ימי עסקים מרגע סיום עיבוד ההזמנה, וזאת בשל הובלה בינלאומית ותהליכי מכס.

• אופן המסירה בישראל: עם הגעת המשלוח לארץ, הוא מועבר לטיפול והפצה של "דואר ישראל". אלא אם הוזמן שירות אחר, המשלוח יישלח לנקודת איסוף, מרכז מסירה או סניף הדואר הקרוב לביתכם (בהתאם לנהלי דואר ישראל ביישוב המגורים).

משלוחים מפוצלים שימו לב כי הזמנות הכוללות מספר פריטים עשויות להגיע בחבילות נפרדות. אם ההזמנה שלכם כוללת סוגי מוצרים שונים (לדוגמה: ספל וחולצה), הם עשויים להישלח בנפרד מכיוון שהם מיוצרים ונשלחים ממחסנים שונים. במקרים מסוימים, גם פריטים דומים (כמו שתי חולצות בצבעים שונים) עשויים להגיע בנפרד. במקרה כזה, תקבלו מספר מעקב נפרד לכל חבילה.

משלוחים בינלאומיים כל המוצרים שלנו זמינים למשלוח בינלאומי, למעט שלטי מתכת (Metal Signs) הזמינים למשלוח בתוך ארה"ב בלבד.

מעקב משלוחים ניתן לעקוב אחר סטטוס ההזמנה באמצעות כלי המעקב שלנו באתר, בעזרת כתובת המייל ומספר ההזמנה (מספר בן 4-5 ספרות המופיע באישור ההזמנה). ברגע שההזמנה תישלח, תקבלו אישור במייל עם מספר מעקב. אנו ממליצים לעקוב אחר התקדמות החבילה, ובכל שאלה ניתן לפנות לשירות הלקוחות שלנו.

🌍 הזמנות בינלאומיות (מיסים ומכס) הזמנות הנשלחות מחוץ לארה"ב (כולל ישראל, אירופה וקנדה) עשויות להיות כפופות למיסי ייבוא, מכס ו/או מע"מ עם הגעתן לארץ היעד. עלויות אלו הן באחריות הקונה בלבד ואינן כלולות במחיר בקופה. שמרנו על מחירי משלוח נמוכים כדי לסייע בקיזוז עלויות אלו.
