Our Story Begins 🌟
Welcome to Oytiot! I’m Nisan, the founder of Oytiot, and I’m excited to share a little bit about how this store came to be. Oytiot is a combination of the Hebrew word "Otiot" (which means "letters") and the playful "Oy," a phrase we Jews say all the time. This name reflects what I’m passionate about—bringing together tradition, language, and a touch of humor in every design.

A Journey Rooted in Service 🇮🇱
My story began in Ashkelon, Israel, where I grew up surrounded by the rich culture and language of this land. After serving in the IDF as part of the Combat Intelligence Force, my connection to Israel and its history only deepened. Once my military service ended, I wanted to create something that would reflect my love for Hebrew and Jewish heritage. That’s how Oytiot was born—a way for me to share my passion for design, Hebrew, and Israel with you.

One of the things I care deeply about is giving back. That’s why 15% of all sales are donated to the families of hostages and those affected by the 7.10 tragedies in Israel.
